桜が満開に咲き、外に出るのが楽しくなる季節になりました。
さて、4/1はオフィスインテリアとヴォーエルの合同入社式が行われ、オフィスインテリアに1名、ヴォーエルに1名と新しい仲間が加わり、社内には新鮮な風が吹いています。
オフィスインテリアに今年入社したのは、マハルジョン・ベビサさんというネパール国籍の女性です。
入社式から早2週間が過ぎましたが、ベビサさんは言葉や文化など色々な壁がある中で、電話対応や来客対応などもキチンとこなせています。
日本に来てからマクドナルドでのアルバイトなど、積極的に人と関わってきた努力がひしひしと伝わって来ます。
本当に感心するばかりです。
そんな彼女にいくつか質問をしてみたいと思います。
Qネパールにはあるのに日本には無くて困った物はありますか？
A.具材や漬物、果物（材料が揃わないので料理に困った）
Q日本で1番驚いた事は何ですか？
A.日本に来てから今まで驚いた事いっぱいありますが、一番驚いたのは温泉です！
Qネパール語で好きな言葉を教えて下さい。
A.सृष्टि Shristi
Q日本語に訳すとどういう意味ですか？
A.ｸﾘｴｰｼｮﾝ(創造)/世界

The season when cherry blossom blooms to the fullest and the season when outdoor is fun
has finally arrived.
On the 1st of April, we (Office Interior & Voiwell) held our joint welcome ceremony and welcomed our two new employees (one member each).
And, the one joining our company is Ms. Babysha Maharjan from Nepal.
It`s been two weeks since she joined our company. Although there`s an invisible wall of language , culture and many more , she has been dealing with the official phone calls and our customers with full dedication.
From starting her part time job in McDonald’s to engaging actively with people , clearly shows how hardworking she is.(which is really impressive)
Let`s see what she has to say regarding some questions we asked.
Q. Name a thing that you can`t find in Japan but is easily available in your country (Nepal).
A. Ingredients and some of the vegetables. (Since I can`t find the ingredients here, I can`t cook some items when I really want to have it.)
Q. What surprised you the most in Japan?
A. There`s a lot of things that has surprised me since day 1.But, if I have to choose one, it would definitely be the ONSEN.
Q. What`s your favourite word in Nepali language?
A. There`s lot but I really like the word सृष्टि (Shristi)
Q. What does it mean?
A. It has two meanings. CREATION and THE WORLD. It`s also used as a name (for a girl).
Q. Lastly, how do you say `thankyou` in Nepali language?
A. धन्यवाद Dhanyavād
